Cambria Heights Attends TSA State Conference | News, Sports, Jobs

PATTON — The Cambria Heights High School Tech Student Association participated in the Pennsylvania Tech Student Association Leadership Conference April 20-23 at Seven Springs Resort, Champion.

A total of 13 students participated in more than 12 different events. Several students qualified to qualify for the TSA National Conference in Dallas, Texas in June.

Cambria Heights placed in the following events:

Debating technological issues — Team of Ian Hall and Zach Mislevy, first place.

Fashion Design and Technology — Team of Lyndsey Kitchen and Maya Legrand, first place.

Future Professor of Technology and Engineering – Austin Malenich, second place.

Board Game Design — Lyndsey Kitchen and Maya Legrand, second place.

System Control – Team of Ethan King, Ian Hall and Zach Mislevy, second place.

Children’s Stories — Team of Morgan Link, Molly Hayes and Braden Thomas, third place.

Promotional Design – Braden Thomas, third place.

Structural Design and Engineering – Team of Ethan King and Ian Hall, fourth place.

Top 10 semi-finalists:

Data Science and Analytics — Braden Thomas.

Technology Essays – Braden Thomas.

Future Technology Teacher – Lyndsey Kitchen.

Promotional Design – Morgan Link.

Board Game Design — Kenna Rogal, Rylee Bernecky, and Abby Zeglen.

Security Artwork — Molly Hayes.
