Another coastal town in New Jersey offers a free beach on Wednesdays

Last week we told you about Sea Isle City offering free beaches on Wednesdays, now here’s another town on the Jersey Shore doing the same, this time on LBI.

The town of Beach Haven which charges $ 40 for seasonal badges, $ 20 for the week and $ 10 for the day said on his site that “Wednesdays are free, no badge required” Just another great reason I love Long Beach Island.

This means you can use the money you save on Wednesdays to support the many great restaurants, shops, and pizzerias throughout LBI as well as Fantasy Island. Since the birth of my sons, we take them to Fantasy Island to ride the rides, play the video games, (They love the Star Wars game) and have an ice cream. Several times we stopped there on the way to the Surf theater– What a great place to see a show. I had the pleasure of performing there on several occasions: opening act for Uncle Floyd and Bobby Collins; and hosting by John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band and the Mahoney Brothers’ “Long Live the Beatles” show. A lot of magical things have happened in this theater. Once, while I was hosting “Voyage”, an amazing Journey tribute band, American Idol winner Constantine Maroulis took to the stage for the encore and then hung out and took pictures with my nieces backstage. .

Long Beach Island is so large that Ray Romano typically spends his summer vacations there and has talked about it on the Jimmy Kimmel show.

What I love about Beach Haven is that no matter how much that changes, it stays the same as you remember it if you’ve been there that day. What I ALSO love about Beach Haven is the free beach on Wednesdays!
